Defective Product Refunds

  1. Eligibility:

    • We offer refunds only for products that are defective. 
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. How to Request a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team on Whats app at  +91 6901479782 with the following information:
      • Order number
      • Photos or videos of the defect
    • Our team will review your request and determine if the product qualifies for a refund.
  3. Return Process:

    • If your request is approved, we will provide you with address where you have to ship back the return.
    • You will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • You will recieve Rs. 100 as refund for the shipping charges that you pay to the courier for shipping the return.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive the defective product and confirm the issue, we will process your refund. We will ask you to share your upi id/gpay number for refund. 
    • Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  5. Non-Defective Products:

    • We DO NOT offer refunds for products that are not defective or if you change your mind after purchase.
