Defective Product Refunds

Return Process:
- If your request is approved, we will provide you with address where you have to ship back the return.
- You will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- You will recieve Rs. 100 as refund for the shipping charges that you pay to the courier for shipping the return.

Refund Processing:
- Once we receive the defective product and confirm the issue, we will process your refund. We will ask you to share your upi id/gpay number for refund.
- Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

- We DO NOT offer refunds for products that are not defective or if you change your mind after purchase.
